beforeknow is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and its regional equivalents — an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon and affiliated sites. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
What this means in practice
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may receive a small commission from the retailer. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you had gone to the retailer directly — the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your pocket.
What it does not change
- We are not paid by manufacturers to review, feature or rank any product.
- Commission rates do not influence which products we cover or how they score.
- A product with no affiliate link available can still be recommended over one that has one.
- Negative verdicts are published exactly as written, on products we link to.
How affiliate links are marked
Outbound retailer links carry rel="nofollow sponsored" and open in a new tab. Every
buy box on the site repeats this disclosure inline, so you never have to hunt for it.
